Reason for Boycott
LC Waikiki’s corporate identity and financial ownership (Taha Group) are entirely free from ties to exploitative funds that support the occupation. Managed by 100% domestic family capital, the brand is also known for contributing to the local economy by opening physical stores in Palestine (Ramallah). There are no direct violations within its own textile production lines. However, the company’s transformation of its "lcw.com" platform into a massive e-commerce marketplace has led it into the "Dirty Shelf" trap. The brand rents out its platform as a vast showcase for entities associated with global exploitation and moral subversion. Products from "red-listed" companies—key players that directly provide funding, R&D, and technological investment to the Israeli occupation economy—are sold directly on its official sales platform. Additionally, global brands that openly fund LGBTQ+ movements (and policies aimed at erasing gender distinctions) through "Pride" campaigns also find space on this marketplace. Although LCW’s own coffers and production lines remain untainted, by stocking and selling products from these multinational monopolies—which drive the occupation economy and campaigns of moral degradation—it provides them with consumer traffic, a marketing platform, and financial liquidity. Due to this marketplace paradox, where it effectively serves as a logistical hub for capital linked to the occupation, the brand should be designated as "Subject to Conscience"
