Reason for Boycott
Although Keskin Color is a domestic company that manufactures in its own facilities, it acts as an entity that directly fuels the occupation economy through the international copyright and licensing network it operates. The "Harry Potter" and "Batman" licenses in the company's official portfolio belong to Warner Bros. Discovery, a corporation at the heart of global exploitation networks and hedge fund interests. Even more critically, the "PlayStation" license in its portfolio belongs to Sony Group; Sony is a giant that maintains a physical R&D center directly in Israel (Sony Semiconductor Israel, acquired in 2016 and operating in Hod HaSharon). Meanwhile, the "Jurassic World" license belongs to the Universal (Comcast) group. For every licensed notebook or stationery product it manufactures and sells, Keskin Color pays "licensing fees" (royalties) directly to parent companies—such as Sony, Warner Bros., and Universal—that provide the technological infrastructure or capital sustaining the occupation economy. Despite having domestic capital, the brand falls into the "Strict Boycott" category because it has effectively turned its production lines into revenue streams for these exploitative corporations.
